Rental Fee includes use of available tables, party chairs, food prep area and large ice machine. All prices are based on a 2 hour minimum. All rentals require an Event Manager, to be supplied by ART Station, at a cost to the renter of $20 per hour.

Upstairs Gallery (Stand-up Reception 200 – 300) $195 an hour

Theatre and Downstairs Gallery (Seating for 108 – 120) $195 an hour

Theatre and Upstairs Gallery $295 an hour

Conference Room (Up to 50)  Meetings $85 an hour, Party $150 an hour (includes adjoining hallway & food prep room)

Rehearsal Hall $60 an hour (for party dancing and DJ set-up)

Dance Studio $60 an hour (for dance classes only)

Class Room $60 an hour

For rentals with rental fee of more than $500 (not including facilitator fee) one hour of free set-up time to be scheduled with rental manager.  Facilitator fee of $20 applies.

For rentals with rental fee of less than $500 (not including facilitator fee) set-up time is $50 per hour to be scheduled with rental manager.  Facilitator fee of $20 applies.

Additional set-up time is $50 per hour.

Renter-supplied complimentary beer, wine, & liquor (No Bartender) $1 per person corking fee

Cash Bar* (ART Station supplied & manned) $30 an hour for bartender

Open Bar* (ART Station supplied & manned) $30 an hour for bartender & renter pays discounted bar tab

Technical Equipment (Lights and Sound and Operator) $75 an hour

Piano (Onstage) $75 tuning fee

Stone Mountain Police Security $50 an hour

A 50% deposit and refundable $150 cleaning/overtime deposit is due upon signing of rental contract.  Rental balance is due prior to any rental setup. Cleaning/overtime deposit will be returned to renter at the conclusion of the rental after the Facilitator has inspected the rental areas and determined them to be clean and free of damage and rental ends on time. In the event that the rental areas have damage or are dirty, or the rental goes overtime the deposit will be held until management is notified.

Non-Profit Organizations (501(c)3 required) receive a 25% discount on rentals.
