April 21, 2006 - “In the Mountain’s Shadow” featured the history of Stone Mountain by local historian George Coletti. 

May 19, 2006 - "Dancing with your Dog" featured Donna Ball as she demonstrated techniques to teach your dog to dance.

June 16, 2006 - "Art by Committee" Featured artist Judy Surowiec as she created an original work of art on the spot using audience ideas & suggestions.

July 21, 2006 - Larry Winslett held a discussion of Stone Mountain Wildflowers and photography.

August 18, 2006 - "Brien Engel, Glass Harp."

September 15, 2006 - "Flora Rosefsky, Paper cut-outs."

May 21, 2007 - "Let Them Eat Cake”.  Georgios Gialelis of the Vienna Bakery in Decatur reveals a few family culinary secrets and offers a  tips to make every cake you bake a showstopper.

June 18, 2007 - 1-2-3-Floral Design”.  Nell Flippin owner of Designs & Décor makes floral arranging easy from selecting flowers to containers to design basics.

July 16, 2007 - “Treasure Hunting in your Backyard”.  Charles Nash of Stone Mountain Relics and the Stone Mountain Old Post Office Antique Mall offers tips and techniques on digging for treasure in your own backyard and reveals a few of the items that have been dug-up in the Atlanta area.

August 20, 2007 - “Mezze!”  Nicola of Nicola’s Restaurant in Toco Hills shares a Mezze (a little feast) from his restaurant and the history of Nicola’s fine middle eastern cuisine.

September 17, 2007 - "You Shop, We All Win, Help ART Station for free!" Artistic Director David Thomas will lead a workshop regarding ART Station's new iGive program and ART Station's new travel program.  

October 15, 2007 - "A Tour of Southern Ghost - The Sampler Plate." ART Station storytellers offer a ghostly sampling of haunted tales from "A Tour of Southern Ghosts."

November 19, 2007 - "Leave a Legacy."

January 21, 2008 - "Lunch with Lewis." Join Bill Oberst, Jr. as he gives you a selection of Grizzzard's hilarious books, columns & stories. Mr. Oberst has toured the US spreading Lewis' unique writings and love of the South.

February 18, 2008 - "Lunch with Ann." Actress Judy Leavell, starring in ART Station's production of "The Lady With All The Answers" will treat the lunchtime croud with a sampling of the show depicting Ann Landers.

April 14, 2008 - will feature a peek at the upcoming theatre production, “Five Course Love, as well as a discussion with the cast, director, and production team.

June 16, 2008 - will feature a presentation by Lisa Gleim from the Atlanta Art League. The "League" is the producer of one of the current exhibitions at ART Station called "Art from the Heart."

July 14, 2008 - "BINGO: A Winning New Musical" Join some of the cast of "BINGO" for a sneek peak of the play and while we're at it, play a game!

October 13, 2008 - A sneak peak at the very popular storytelling festival "A Tour of Southern Ghosts"

Monday, November 17, 2008 - Spend an enjoyable lunch with Dr. David.  He’s riding in on his segway, bringing his four poodles for a few tricks, sharing his writing and voice over skills and as an advanced proficiency activator chiropractor he’ll unveil the mystery of holistic healthcare.

Monday, December 15, 2008 - Come have lunch with Santa. Santa will be telling a few Christmas stories and will share some insights into his North Pole operation. Children are welcome.

Monday, February 23, 2009 will feature Karen Howell as Katharine Hepburn in a taste of "Tea at Five" which will be showing in the ART Station theatre from February 18 - March 8.

May 18, 2009 featured Atlanta torch singer, Lisa Paige and acccomanist, Patrick Hutchison.

Monday, June 15, 2009 featured master storyteller, David Hirt, with a sampling of his one-man show, "Tell Me More."

Monday, July 20, 2009 featured Kathy Halenda, with a sampling of her one-woman show, "Sophie Tucker: Last of the Red Hot Mamas."

Monday, August 17, 2009 featured Janet Metzger with "a little cabaret in the middle of the day." Janet sings crazy lady & story songs.

Monday, September 21 featured Pola Arbiser. Pola and Irene, hidden children of the Holocaust, miraculously survived a series of events during World War II, any of which might have ended with their death. This presentation will be devoted to their savior,  Franciszka Sobkowa, a Righteous Gentile, who risked her own life for close to three years to save Pola and Irene.  Pola Arbiser will share the story of a woman who loved a Jewish family as if it were her own.  Pola and Irene’s family, as well as their extended family are alive today because of the actions of one Christian woman.  It is a story of the triumph of good over evil.

Monday, October 26, 2009 - "A Tour of Southern Ghost - The Sampler Plate." ART Station storytellers offered a ghostly sampling of haunted tales from "A Tour of Southern Ghosts."

Monday, November 16, 2009 - Pain management specialist Dr. Chris Connelly of the Atlanta Pain Center demonstrated how to use Neurobics to exercise your brain.

Monday, December 21, 2009 - "It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play." The audience was greeted with snipets of this heart-warming story.

Monday, January 18, 2010 - "Lunch with Lewis." Bill Oberst, Jr. gives you a selection of Grizzard's hilarious books, columns & stories. Mr. Oberst has toured the US spreading Lewis' unique writings and love of the South.

Monday, Febraury 15, 2010 - Dr. George Coletti introduced his new book, Stone Mountain: The Granite Sentinal. This book is a new historical novel about Stone Mountain from 1850 - 1865. For more information about the book visit www.thegranitsentinal.com.

March 15, 2010 featured Jordan Schwartz. Jordan is a 10th grader at the Atlanta Girls School and is the founder of the Children’s Bilingual Theatre.  As a 5th grader, she was learning Spanish and her community theatre experience gave her the idea to bridge the language and cultural gap between the cultures through the art of Theatre.  At this Lunchtime program Jordan will perform and explain the mission and vision of her theatre.

April 12 featured a few scenes from ART Station's upcoming production of "Dead Certain," a mystery thriller where trusth and illusion become entangled in a real life game of cat and mouse.

May 17 featured Stone Mountain Park presenting a sneak preview of what the entertainment department is bringing to the Park this summer as well as a short improv from their performance group.

June 14 showcased Jill Jane Clements, the star of "Judgment" who performed a couple of scenes from the show.
July 19 featured
the cast of "Are We There Yet" performing snippets from the show and answered questions from the audience.

August 16 introduced us to John Thigpen, the artist who was selected to create the first public art sculpture for the Village of Stone Mountain.  John walked us through the design process and presented a model of his final design. The unveiling of the finished piece is scheduled for October 9.

September 20 informed us that the Village of Stone Mountain is undergoing an arts incubator program.  It is a microenterprise project through funds from the US Department of Housing & Urban Development.  We learned about the program and met the 6 artists who will be opening new businesses in the village.

October 18 presented "A Tour of Southern Ghost - The Sampler Plate." ART Station storytellers offered a ghostly sampling of haunted tales from "A Tour of Southern Ghosts."

November 15 featured Pam Cato of the Cotton Boll Quilters from Covington, Georgia in a presentation and discussion of traditional hand-sewn quilts.  Over twenty quilts were on view in the gallery during the presentation.

December 13 featured the cast of ART Stations' upcoming theatre presentation, "Christmas Gift!"

January 10 Lunchtime was cancelled due to inclement weather, but it would have been "Lunch with Lewis."  Bill Oberst, Jr. would have given you a selection of Grizzard's hilarious books, columns & stories.  Mr. Oberst has toured the US spreading Lewis' unique writings and love of the South."

 February 14, 2011 (Valentines Day) featured a few scenes from the ART Station production of "The Outrageous Adventures of Sheldon & Mrs. Levine, A Son's Elusive Search for His Mother's Happiness, by Sam Bobrick & Julie Stein.

March 21, 2011 featured gospel singer Mildren Brown accompanied by Kenny Brandon with back-up singers Regina Hill & Ezola Summers.

April 25, 2011 introduced the actors in the upcoming show in the ART Station theatre, "Bonnie & Clyde, The Two Person, Six Gun Musical."  The actors will presented some of the scenes from the show.

May 16, 2011 taught us what’s new at Stone Mountain Park,  Lynne Dundon and Dena Hunt, Entertainment Manager talk about the new laser show opening Memorial Day weekend.  We also got a sneak peak at the new Wake the Bear show and learned more about the other new shows your families will love to experience at the park this summer!

July 18, 2011 was a sneak peak of some scenes from ART Station's next production, "Married Alive!"  Short Q&A with the cast and crew afterwards.

September 19, 2011 featured the extrordinary musical tallents of ART Station's resident music director, Patrick Hutchison. 

October 17, 2011 presented "A Tour of Southern Ghost - The Sampler Plate." ART Station storytellers offered a ghostly sampling of haunted tales from "A Tour of Southern Ghosts."
November 21, 2011 presented excerpts from Wendy Bennett's "Twentieth Century Songbook." Audience members enjoyed a "sentimental journey" with a hit parade of tunes from the early 1900s to the end of the 20th century.
December 12, 2011 was a sneak peak at the current ART Station production of "A Christmas Report." 

January 23, 2012 presented "Lunch with Lewis."  Bill Oberst, Jr. gave a selection of Grizzard's hilarious books, columns & stories.  Mr. Oberst has toured the US spreading Lewis' unique writings and love of the South."

February 13, 2012 "Name That Show." The actors presented some scenes from the show and discussed improv.

April 16, 2012 Lynne Dundon updated us on the latest news and upcoming events in 2012 and Entertainment Manager, Dena Hunt reviewed entertainment plans and introduced the new cast of the improv show, Wake the Bear.
