Please complete the application form, print it and mail or FAX it to us with your credit card information or your check in the amount of $25 payable to ART Station, Inc. You may also submit the form with your credit card information via the Internet, but we warn that this is not yet a 100% secure site, and your credit card information may be at risk. You may also submit the form via the Internet indicating how you choose to pay. This will let us know that your printed copy and check are on the way or that you would like for us to call you for your Credit Card Information. We will begin the paperwork to set up your membership as soon as your application is received. We look forward to having you become a part of the ART Station community.
